What You Need to Do
- Download your list of affected payments:
Option 1: Using the Origin Banking App
- Open your Origin Banking App
- Go to Menu > Documents
- Look for the file labelled “BPAY migration affected Payments”
Option 2: Using Internet Banking
- Log in to your Internet Banking
- Go to View Documents
- Select Useful Links
- Select “BPAY migration affected Payments” and download the list
- Once you’ve downloaded the list:
- Update your salary or income deposits.
- Update your direct debits. (For step-by-step guides on how to change payment details with the main providers, please see the table below.)
- After updating your payments, please notify us by completing the form below, or by replying to the email or SMS that was sent to you.

A BSB (Bank-State-Branch) number is a six-digit number used to identify banks and branches across Australia. The number is used to facilitate correct payments to and from customer accounts, when used together with a customer’s account number.
As part of our commitment to deliver a better payments experience for you, we will be switching to a new banking provider. Unfortunately this means our previously issued BSB will need to change.
